Refund Policy

  1. Our refund policy lasts until 5 days prior to the scheduled Reading. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
  2. To be eligible for a refund, you will need to state the reason the refund is requested. Most reasons are acceptable and therefore approved.
  3. Additional non-returnable items include Gift Cards
